Serasi

Serasi is the Sistem Informasi Riset dan Inovasi built for the Tanah Bumbu Regency Government, under its planning and R&D agency (Bappeda Litbang). It collects, manages and publishes regional research and innovation data in real time — innovations, research, awards — so agencies and the public read the same numbers.

The public half and the administrative half have opposite needs: one wants everything findable, the other wants everything auditable. Most of the design work was keeping a single dataset serving both without either side dictating the shape of the other.

I delivered it end to end, backend and frontend, with Laravel and Vue.
