I am used to owning a product end to end.
Most of my work is not only shipping features. It is deciding the shape of the system: architecture, backend, frontend, and the server it all runs on. I manage the VPS myself with Docker Compose and Coolify, so deployment stays organised instead of becoming the part everyone avoids.
The track record spans government platforms, startups and e-commerce systems, several of which are still running in production today, including one that absorbed a real traffic spike during a live promotional campaign. Lately I also lean on AI agents in the day-to-day workflow to ship faster without giving up quality.
