Tiga Dua Satu is an independent record label and talent management company founded by the musician Tulus. This is its official platform: talent profiles, tour and event schedules, an integrated merchandise store, and an articles section, all in one place.
I built the backend in Golang and the admin website and frontend in SvelteKit and Next.js, and I still manage the VPS infrastructure through Coolify.
The interesting part was not launch day. It was a promotional campaign on the merchandise store that pushed the platform to a peak of 1,900+ active users, a 299% jump over its normal load, on infrastructure sized for the normal load.
It held. The platform is still maintained in production.
