A short introduction and what this blog will be about: technology, product, and also investing and geopolitics.
Hi, I’m Mochamad Aufa. I’m a programmer, though honestly I’m not the type who’s deeply obsessed with the technical side of things. That doesn’t mean I don’t understand it — I do, and I’m comfortable working in it — it’s just that my interest doesn’t stop there.
What genuinely pulls my attention is the product and business side of the applications I build. To me, security, comfort, and the overall customer or user experience come first. Good code matters, but good code without a good user experience doesn’t really mean much.
Outside of work, I’m also someone who enjoys and follows investing, particularly stocks, along with the geopolitical topics unfolding around the world right now.
So this blog is going to be a place where I write down what’s on my mind — technology, programming, AI, economics, and geopolitics. All of it is, of course, purely my personal opinion, but I’ll do my best to back it with sources I trust and that can be verified.
